Package pages are the source for price, duration, inclusions, exclusions, deposits, and cancellation. If a rule is not printed on that package, it has not been supplied and should not be assumed.

Where a page shows two currencies, both figures are the published pair. They are not a live exchange rate.

High-season increases are mentioned only on the Bandung day tour and the Java–Bali overland. Confirm the fare before you travel.

Bogor: book at least three days ahead; 20% deposit is non-refundable; cancellation under 24 hours is 50%; same-day cancellation is 100%.

Yogyakarta overland: book at least two weeks ahead; 50% deposit required. Hotels, meals, and tickets are excluded.

Bandung 2D1N: book at least two weeks ahead. Java–Bali overland: book at least one month ahead.

Opening WhatsApp does not create a booking. Wildlife sightings on the Bukit Lawang trek are not guaranteed. A honeymoon hotel is not guaranteed until availability is confirmed.
